StockTracker™will
print a variety of reports and other documents, including lists by legal ownership
or by household. Pre-designed reports are used to track director and employee
ownership, vested and non-vested employee stock options, transaction activity
and ownership percentages. These reports are printed easily, along with mailing
labels and proxy information. There also is an option to print the stock certificates.
Manual processing of this amount of information can consume
an enormous amount of time, aside from the effort required to develop internal
management reports, respond to auditors, etc, all of which is done quickly and
easily by StockTracker™.
