This service involves the collection of files from various systems into a single or relational PC database for subsequent processing and data appending. These operations are performed on all HMDA qualifying loans but can include all loan types to provide a broader perspective. The written analysis includes recommended market assessment area adjustments, data tables and maps. Data tables include the geographic distribution of selected loans, applications and denials along with the corresponding borrower income and market income characteristics in each local area. The written analysis addresses important aspects of the lending program, such as:
